One of my strengths would include being able to effectively teach students and build upon the skills they have. It is a struggle teaching students with disabilities however, I do see progress with what I am doing. I am able to teach to different learning styles using different tools and I also build positive and professional relationships with my students. The challenge I will face the most is getting my students to pass the reading and writing portions of the state tests. My strength in learning will be synthesizing the materials I read. The challenge will continue to be finding a balance between school and work.
