Well the barriers that exist in my setting involve technology itself. I have my own school laptop and five laptops from the school for student use that I just recently acquired. Also, technology is not even close to being that important in my school as of this moment. We focus on the five core subject areas and then our specials. If the state of Ohio used technology as a form of standardized testing then I'm sure our school and district would change its course and start focusing equally on technology as well.
